JOAN SEED'S FAIR RETURN POLICY
If your order contains printing errors, defective goods or simply isn't what you were expecting to be, we will, of course, take back the product and refund your money or send you a new product. Any claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

Every order you receive from JOAN SEED is a unique, tailor-made item that has been specially made to order on demand.
This is what separates us from more traditional clothing companies. Returned goods cannot be put back on the shelf and sold to the next customer – so what comes back to us simply lands in the charity box.
To help us keep our promise – we ask you to do a couple of things...
1. Don’t make a large order until you have made some kind of test!
If you are a little unsure about sizes, colours, cuts or printing techniques – submit a test order before making the big purchase!
2. Check your order’s e-mail confirmation immediately!
If you see a spelling mistake or have picked the wrong design, follow the link in the order confirmation e-mail and cancel the order immediately. Registered users can view their previous orders, edit them and re-order certain items. If you have ordered as a guest, you can follow the link in the confirmation e-mail to view your order details.
3. Order as soon as possible if you need your order for a specific date.
We are fast, but we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at your door the very next day. Sometimes there can be delays due to design errors or stock issues. We cannot accept a shirt being a day late for your grandmother’s birthday as a reason for return. Of course, if you have selected the express option (which adds an additional cost) your order will be guaranteed to be with you by the promised date.

HIGH-QUALITY PRINTING TECHNIQUES
● Digital Print
(Apparels, Carry-on, Towels, Pillows)
The colours are sprayed onto the product. This is done with a computer-controlled printer. Inked surface. Printed using Brother GT 381 machines directly to the garment with CPSIA compliant inks.
● Thermal sublimation
The design is transferred to a special foil and then heat-pressed onto the product. Inked surface.
Using Polyester thread, a technique where stitches are embroidered flat on the hat. Highlight small details.
● Luster Paper Print
Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper is in between a gloss and matte finish, providing you with highly saturated, maximum ink coverage. Because of its saturation and resistance to fingerprints, lustre paper is a popular choice for photographic prints.

We strive to conduct fair and legitimate relationships with all of our business partners. When choosing suppliers and merchants, personal relationships or gaining an advantage of some sort is never a decisive factor.
● Responsibility to Our Fellow Human Beings:
Our goods are a means of transport - they transport opinion, creativity, art and design. They embody space to display one’s personality. Just like with other things in democracy, there are natural limits to our freedom of expression. We do not create things that are bound to offend people, e.g. content designed to insult and discriminate against genders or religious and ethnic groups. Above all, a code of ethics applies. This implies that we do not condone any designs displaying hate and contempt for others. Things of this nature have no place on our products.
